This wine stands out in my head, the bouquet honestly smelled like someone ran a marathon in leather shoes with no socks. Then tried to disguise the smell by putting their stinky feet in soft dirt, then sprinkling on copious amounts of their grandmothers flower powder. 

Flavor: Absolutely amazing, medium to full body, rich, smooth and silky. 

Let’s clear it up though, despite the funky smell, this wine was absolutely amazing. 

The longer you decant, the better it tastes. It’s like going on a treasure hunt while finding valuable trinkets along the way, it just keeps getting richer and better. 

The flavors were complex, fruity with hints of olive earth and flowers.
