bomb winery

In my attempt at finding a RED wine to go with a chicken dinner, I decide to open up google and ask it what it suggested for pairing with white meats. I’m not much of a white wine guy. 

Google came back with Pinot Noir; so went through the cellar & pulled out this 2012 Bomb Pino we won at a charity fund raiser auction. 

Immediately I was surprised how smooth it was trying it right out of the bottle. We ran it through the aerator and drank it immediately. 

This is a good medium bodied, multi layered wine with fruity and earthy tones. I would definitely recommend & buy it again.
